Self assessment and tracking of your performance is a key aspect of maintaining your fitness levels. On this site there are over 150 individual tests that you can use to graph and track to measure your progress and improvement

Assessing your physical fitness against standard population norms is a key method of enhancing self motivation and achieving improvement.

Select a component of fitness that you wish to assessed against and then select the individual tests within that group.

What's New? Many new features and improvements, plus a new feature to allow group membership and assessments has been added. Click Group Admin to find out more and to create your first group.  Also, you can now track your Blood Pressure
