Before you start
Be sure to select a test that you are capable of performing and first read the procedures associated with the test you wish to undertake so that you do not injure yourself. Additonaly by following the correct procedure you can be certain that your assessment will be accurate and valuable.
Using Drop Down Menu
The drop down menu bar is the best best method of navigating directly to the test you wish to undertake. The tests are organised in a hierarchy associated with the componenets of fitness, for example Aerobic, Strength and Endurance, etc. Under these components are the individual tests.
Using Hexagonal Component of Fitness
This will take you to the component of fitness main page where you can first learn more about the components of fitness, before selecting the individual tests.
