This is a very popular test that assesses your ability to accelerate and to change directions as quickly.
This test is designed your ability accelerate between the marked lines and to rapidly change direction.

Your are required to sprint from the starting line to pick up a block and then place it on the ground behind the starting line.

You should then sprint to pick up the second block, turns and then sprint over the starting line.
